Melissa Jo Berry

Melissa Jo Berry is a certified personal trainer and a 500hr certified yoga instructor with expertise in total body conditioning. She emphasizes a full body workout to increase over-all health and cardiovascular strength. Her passion in helping her clients achieving their health and fitness goals are recognized by each individual she works with.

She specializes in nutrition education and team training. Her clients are motivated with fun indoor/outdoor fitness classes and personalized training. She practices the most modern and effective programs by continuing her education in fitness and nutrition.

Born in Illinois and raised in St. Augustine, Florida, Melissa has been interested in sports and adventurous activities all of her life. Moving to Tampa Bay in 1998 presented her an opportunity for a career in fitness.

Along with personal training, lifestyle and nutritional coaching she is a fitness, bikini model and competitor. She has competed in Ms. Universe, Tampa’s Fittest Female, Placed 1st in NPC’s Tampa Bay’s Classic and has traveled extensively for promotions.

In her spare time she enjoys reading books of interest, building her business, spending time with her dogs and friends, traveling, exploring restaurants, enjoying a great meal with a glass of wine, partaking in outdoor activities such as: football, biking, running, swimming, paddle boarding, surfing and tri-fitness style activities.

Caitlin Fendler

Caitlin Fendler is an enthusiastic graduate from the University of Tampa’s Human Performance and Exercise Physiology program where she worked closely with athletic performance. She was given the award for the Most Outstanding Graduate in the Health Science and Human Performance program in 2015-2016 for continually proving her successes and passion for the sport.

She has been training in the gym for 10 years and has held many roles in it as well, giving her lots of experience with various types and techniques of exercise. Originally from Philadelphia, she loves to watch her Eagles football, and loves to get outside with her dogs and explore new areas – so Tampa is the perfect place for her to now call home. Any type of fun by the water and she’ll be happy.

She’ll make sure you get a great workout, based on your goals, by incorporating mind-to-muscle connection and time-under-tension. She is also working at a chiropractor’s office in Clearwater so she likes to bring in the application of proper form and posture to keep you as safe as possible while working out with her.

Jared Tetz

Originally hailing from the rocky coasts of Southern Maine; Jared Tetz grew up playing the sport of lacrosse. Jared attended The University of New England where he received his bachelors in psychology with a minor in philosophy and played for 4 years in NCAA D3 Commonwealth coast conference Lacrosse. After 6 more years in the north playing post colligate semi-professional lacrosse Jared moved to Tampa, FL November 9th of 2011 and began coaching and officiating lacrosse. With lacrosse playing options running dry Jared looked to Crossfit for the intense level training and healthy competition he was accustomed to.

Since then Jared has become an ACE certified personal trainer, a Crossfit Level 1 and Crossfit mobility Level 1 Certified Instructor. Jared is also trained in IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation) therapy, Thai Massage, Powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, Yoga, Strength Training, Bodybuilding, Postural Correction, Biomechanics, Nutrition, and Vitality Optimization. Jared is also the inventor of the “Vertex”; a pioneering and relevant custom manufactured Soft Tissue Mobility Device shown in its useful form in the photos you see here.

In short; Jared’s goal is to address the concept of human vitality from every angle possible. He believes any person can, with the proper guidance and education, become full of health and vitality. Jared’s ultimate goal for his clients and classes is for individuals to obtain performance, and most importantly independence, with regards to their own health and daily life.
